All partners introduce themselves, how they work and how they see their work related to HCZ; contractual issues are being discussed, financial and administration rules as well as communication goals.
A new workplan is being discussed that makes the envisage outcomes (exhibitions, workshops, toolkit) feasible with the new timeframe in the light of the late arrival of contract and funding.
A first visibility of Heritage Contact Zone will be the final conference of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 in Vienna in November with a showcase exhibition of one object and one story of each partner and one general intro in HCZ.
“Heritage Contact Zone (HCZ) works with contested heritage. With organizations from Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, and Romania the team will present a sample of the neglected or contested heritage that the project works with. In a defined space of the conference HCZ partners will present sample objects and their stories.”
The 2 academic articles are discussed that HCZ partners will produce.
